Shipping policy

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most of our garments are available for shipping within 24-48 hours, but depending on our production process, some items may be temporarily available for pre-order. These items can be purchased, but the shipping time may be 2-3 weeks. If you need your item urgently, please don't hesitate to contact us. The Serên team will be happy to assist you via email: info@serencollection.es.

We work with two shipping agencies for mainland Spain (GLS and CTT), which we use depending on the destination. For shipments to the Balearic Islands and international shipments, we use Packlink.

Orders to the Balearic Islands and international destinations usually take 7-10 business days.

What is the cost of my shipment?

  • Spain: 7 euros (free for orders over 160 euros)

  • Portugal: 10 euros (free from 160 euros)

  • Balearic Islands: 10 euros

  • Rest of Europe: 30 euros

  • Rest of the World: 50 euros

For all international shipments, the customer will assume any applicable customs fees.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands.

Local pickup

When placing your order, you can select the in-store pickup option and collect it from our showroom (Calle Julio César 3, 3rd floor, left, 41001 Seville). We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Exchange and Return Policy

Period for changes : 15 calendar days from receipt of the order.

Exchanges will only be accepted when the product is returned in perfect condition.

To process an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp at +34 670 44 98 04 or by email at info@serencollection.es . Serên will handle the collection and delivery of the product. This first exchange for a different size or style is completely free. If you require a second exchange, Serên will manage it, but the shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Serên reserves the right to reject changes communicated outside the established deadline.

In the case of a shipment outside the peninsula, the customer is responsible for sending the product to our offices and paying the cost of said shipment, and when it is received, the new shipment will be made.

Regarding product returns, Serên will not issue a refund unless the item is damaged or was returned after the return date. If you do not wish to exchange it immediately for another product, a voucher with no expiration date will be sent for the full amount of the product.
